Our lightweight nylon knobs (hollowed-out) are well-known and appreciated for their distinctive style, recognizability, and low weight, which allows for a quick return to neutral, even with medium-stiffness springs.
Recommended configurations
• 2 or 4 lb springs for optimal performance (bounce and inertial return oscillations reduced to zero).
• Best fit: all our toppers are designed to be fully compatible and ergonomically optimized for joysticks with 12mm shaft covers. All other configurations work well too, whether on Japanese or Korean levers, as long as the thread is M6.
The Bullet Top is recommended for 3D fighters. It becomes excellent for 2D games when paired with a 4 lb spring—the stiffer spring compensates for the increased top-end travel due to the added height. It also performs beautifully in shoot 'em ups.
