ENTH CREATIONS

Shipping, production and FAQ

Information on processing times, shipping, taxes, customization, products, and commercial collaborations.

How does ENTH work?

ENTH is a small independent company.

We produce controllers, buttons, accessories, and components in small batches. For this reason, we do not operate according to the logic of large-scale industrial production, and we do not always have large quantities of ready-to-ship products.

Some items may be immediately available in stock, while others are produced, assembled, or completed based on orders received.

Actual times depend on product availability in stock, availability of individual components, quantity ordered, chosen configuration, any requested customizations, and the current production workload.

The timelines indicated on this page are indicative processing windows and include safety margins we use to properly manage production and assembly.

This means they do not necessarily represent the actual time you will have to wait.

When a product is already in stock, or when all necessary components are ready, an order can be shipped the same day or the next business day.

Processing times

Atlas

20–120 days + shipping times

Atlas is produced in small batches and may require assembly, configuration, and customization.

The 20–120 day window represents a conservative operational margin.

It does not necessarily mean that every Atlas requires at least 20 days of processing.

If the ordered model is available in stock or if all necessary components are already ready, the order can be shipped much more quickly, even the same day or the next business day.

The actual speed depends on the availability of the frame, panels, KRMs, chosen electronics, lever, other components, and any requested customizations.

Prometheus

20–120 days + shipping times

Prometheus is produced and assembled in small batches.

The indicated window is to cover both immediately available orders and those requiring production, component procurement, or assembly.

Again, the initial 20 days do not represent a mandatory minimum time.

If the ordered Prometheus is available in stock and ready to be completed or shipped, we can proceed much more quickly, even the same day or the next business day.

The actual speed depends on the availability of cases, frames, panels, KRMs, levers, electronics, accessories, and other components necessary for the chosen configuration.

KRM

15–60 days + shipping times

KRMs are produced and assembled in small batches.

The actual time depends on the quantity ordered and the availability of necessary components.

The 15–60 day window is conservative.

If the requested KRMs are already available in stock and assembled, the order can be shipped immediately or within the next business day.

For larger orders, particular configurations, or periods of high production workload, longer times may be required.

Accessories and components

Up to approximately 15 days + shipping times

Many accessories may be available for immediate shipment.

The 15-day window is used as a safety margin for products that may require assembly, completion, or procurement.

If the item is already in stock, we can ship it the same day or the next business day.

Why do you indicate such broad timeframes?

These are safety margins, not mandatory waiting times.

ENTH operates with a small and flexible production structure.

The indicated windows are meant to properly manage products that can be in very different conditions.

The same product can be already assembled and ready for shipping, available in stock but still to be completed, ready in components but to be assembled, awaiting one or more parts, to be produced entirely, or to be customized according to customer requests.

For this reason, we use broad time margins.

These are safety margins and not mandatory waiting times.

An order with all products available in stock can be shipped immediately. An order requiring production or customization may, however, require a larger part of the indicated window.

Shipping

Which courier do you use?

We primarily use DHL Express.

Once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.

Transit times may vary based on the destination country, customs procedures, local holidays, and other factors independent of ENTH.

The courier's delivery time is separate from the time required for order preparation and production.

Taxes and import

How do shipments to countries outside the European Union work?

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are made using the DAP — DELIVERED AT PLACE method.

This means that ENTH does not collect import taxes in advance, does not include any customs duties in the product price, and does not include any customs clearance fees applied by the destination country.

Any duties, import taxes, local VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid during the import process, when requested.

Rules and amounts may vary based on the destination country.

How do shipments within the European Union work?

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable taxes are calculated based on the destination country and collected during checkout.

The customer will not incur additional customs costs or import taxes upon delivery.

Prices and production

Why can ENTH products cost more than some industrial products?

Sometimes we are asked why some ENTH products have higher prices than seemingly similar industrial products available on the market.

To answer, it is necessary to consider how and where they are produced.

ENTH is a small independent reality.

We design our products, work with Italian and European suppliers, and directly assemble our controllers and components.

We are not a large industrial company with mass production and extremely low unit costs.

Our production costs can therefore be significantly higher than those of industrial products manufactured in huge quantities.

This means that an ENTH product may have a higher final price while generating proportionally lower margins than industrial products produced on a large scale.

By purchasing from ENTH, you are purchasing a product born from our work of design, development, research, and assembly.

You are not simply purchasing a standard product produced and assembled elsewhere, then imported and resold.

An example: KRMs

KRMs are not produced using traditional injection molding.

Their main components are manufactured using HP Multi Jet Fusion industrial technology, with technical nylon.

Producing a KRM component with this technology can cost approximately 10–12 times more than large-scale industrial production of an injection-molded button.

This difference inevitably influences the final price.

To correctly evaluate the price of a product, it is necessary to consider the place of production, production scale, technology used, materials, manual labor, research and development, assembly, and the actual costs incurred by the company.

The final price of a product cannot be correctly evaluated without considering its true production cost.

Product information

Where can I find the technical specifications?

The availability of ENTH products, configurations, colors, layouts, and components may change over time.

For updated information on technical specifications, dimensions, materials, compatibility, available configurations, colors, layouts, included components, prices, and available versions, always refer to the product pages actually available on our store.

Individual product pages are the main reference for the characteristics of items currently available on the market.

ENTH configurations can evolve over time. For this reason, we prefer not to use a general FAQ as a permanent technical catalog.

Customizations and custom configurations

Can I request a customization?

Some ENTH products can be customized.

The possibility of creating a custom configuration depends on the product, technical feasibility, and production availability.

We can evaluate, when possible, custom colors, personalized layouts, particular configurations, additional panels, specific combinations of components, and specific requests related to controllers and accessories.

For any custom request or doubt regarding configuration compatibility, please contact us.

We prefer to directly verify the feasibility of a customization before providing definitive instructions.

Warranty, issues, and returns

What should I do if I have a problem with a product or a shipment?

We do our best to offer high-quality products and direct assistance.

If a problem occurs with a product, component, configuration, order, or shipment, please contact us.

We will analyze the problem and find the most appropriate solution based on the specific case.

Our goal is to solve problems directly and concretely.

Distributors and Commercial Partners

I am a distributor or reseller. Can I collaborate with ENTH?

Yes.

ENTH collaborates and is interested in developing relationships with distributors, retailers, specialized shops, arcade shops, industry professionals, commercial partners, and companies interested in distributing our products.

We can provide information regarding product availability, B2B conditions, dedicated price lists, wholesale orders, recurring supplies, collaboration opportunities, territorial distribution, and the development of commercial partnerships.
